Payroll Professional with profound MS-Office, Abacus and Workday knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Completed commercial education and higher education in Human Resource Management
- Several years of experience in the payroll area with good knowledge of Swiss social legislation and income and fringe benefit taxation
- Proficiency in MS-Office, Abacus and Workday as well as in developing HR plans and initiatives coupled with aligning people management practices to support business objectives
- Result oriented and able to develop plans and solutions coupled with a self-motivated mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with cultural sensitivity
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Preparing and performing internal and external audits in the area of HR Lifecycle, payroll and social security
- Supporting Payroll Manager in the monthly process and Head of HR in the internal budget process
- Being responsible for HR and FTE reporting as well as for invoice management and PO's
- Managing all requests from Finance- or Accounting Teams
- Reconciling the finance accounts in regards to HR and payroll
