Project Manager - External Partnerships wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree or equivalent education with 3+ years' working experience
- Domain knowledge of worldwide Drug Registration, approval processes as well as related document format requirement
- Competent handling of documentation and training materials in English
- Know-how in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, other language skills is a plus
Your tasks:
- Providing and coordinating instructions and guidance to facilitate execution of responsibilities and achieve the company's objectives
- Being a Core Member of the Governance Structure of an External Partnership along with ensuring process issues
- Analysing process issues and including gaps as well as delays in order to propose and implement solutions
- Creating, reviewing along with maintaining documents related to GDD RA External Partnerships and participating in or leading training for different groups in GDD RA to ensure optimal use of templates and processes
- Collaborating with key stakeholder groups on the creation of new submission processes and trainings along with assisting in developing and implementing External Partnership strategies
- Leading other work streams as required and participating in other department activities and initiatives such as SOP reviews, RFP review and requalification of vendors
