Aufgabe:Role description
• Assisting to the development of the migration project and governance
• Assisting to the implementation of the project plan as defined in the overall program in line with the strategy and binding offer
• Monitoring and reporting on the streams progress
• Assisting the global program management office in the monitoring planning, resource capacity and budget of the streams
• The deliverables completed will be:
- Project governance plan
- Project monitoring summary document
- Issues log, risks log, dependencies log
- Deliverables Log
- Meeting minutes
Quality Assurance:
• Enabling the Global Program Management Office to get an external, independent point of view regarding the stream project progress
• Discussing appropriate mitigation actions with the program management office
• The deliverables completed will be:
- Gap & impact analysis with the binding offer for the Migration governance
- Revised project plan for the project governance
- Confirmatory due diligence for the project governance
- Regular quality assurance meetings at the project governance level
Migration streams coordination:
• Participating to workshops for collecting the outputs of the streams (e.g key assumptions, list of gaps)
• Ensuring overall consistency and promote a common and consistent understanding of the deal features and assumptions for the migration governance
• Communicating & aligning the migration project and coordinating with external workshops / streams
• The deliverables completed will be:
- Cross-stream meeting minutes
- Ad hoc meetings and functional analysis reviews

• Experience in the above mentioned areas
• German fluent
• English fluent
