Order Manager with profound SAP and ERP knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or apprenticeship in commercial professions complemented by additional training
- 3+ years' experience in a Supply Chain role in the process industry, ideally Health Care
- Proven background in Project Management with advanced SAP and Stakeholder Management knowledge, ideally in cross-functional projects
- Good understanding of ERP implementation methodology and Office applications like Excel, Power Point, WinWord and Visio
- Well structured, strong conceptual thinking and process-orientation with a confident personality and can-do attitude
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing Orders for a timely intra-group order across ERP systems according to defined business cases based on planning and master data parameters including up-to-date status of the order at any point in time
- Preparing and ensuring availability of all relevant documentations and approvals as well as conducting regular supply review meetings with customers and suppliers
- Leading and implementing end-to-end order migration and supply readiness, ensuring SharePoint is updated on time for assigned subjects in addition to guiding and supporting 3rd party service provider
- Perform system bookings for returns and issue credit notes in a timely manner and supporting the implementation of monitoring and measurement systems
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements as well as timely and compliant implementation of regulatory relevant changes on country/sku level
- Drive and maintain close relation and involve other functions (Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Finance, Artwork, Order management, Logistics as well as ensuring correct system set up and linkage to partner system and timely forecast transmission from customer to supplier
