Beschreibung
• Min. 5-8 years of prior experience in end to end recruitment with IT recruitment background.• Prior experience in conducting detailed HR and behavioral interviews for a variety of roles
• Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time
• Worked in a team environment that emphasized group contributions
• Hands on sourcing for niche skills. Preferably with SAP hiring exp
• Required knowledge of multi - channels sourcing.
• Should be fluent in German and English .
