Senior RFP Specialist wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- A finance-related education coupled with experience in the Asset Management area
- 5 + years of work experience as an RFP Specialist in the financial sector
- Capability to produce and edit proposal content within a complex business environment
- Know How of database management, especially PMAPS is beneficial along with extensive experience of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Outstanding organisation and multi-tasking skills along with being able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Conducting the coordination and completion of Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information and Due Diligence Questionnaires
- Collecting, editing and writing responses for RFPs, RFIs and DDQs as well as ad hoc requests together with Sales colleagues and Subject Matter Experts on time
- Liaising with internal business partners such as Portfolio Management, Sales, Legal & Compliance, Operations / Finance, Corporate Communication, Risk Management, Trading and HR
- Building and developing maintenance of RFP database by overseeing review cycles, collecting and processing information from various subject matter specialists
- Reporting for external and outsourcing partners including securing high data quality and consistency of RFPs, RFIs ,DDQs and consultant databases
- Preparing and analysing statistics of tenders for the company's businesses and constant improvement of processes and production
