Data Manager with profound Quality Assurance and Customer Relationship Management knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Prior experience as a Data Manager with performing quality assurance and review on content
- Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems, Pitcher, Veeva/Salesforce Systems, Tableau or Closed Loop Marketing
- Background in Project Management and Business Process Management, including budget planning, requirements delivery and quality assurance
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to work under tight time pressures and a customer and delivery focused mind-set
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing the content management and distribution platform, as well as the users on platform in setting up, removal, etc.
- Receiving, formatting and programming content and preparing it for the upload
- Managing technical issues reported by end users and providing visual and technical QA of content
- Migrating content and configuration to Production Environment and testing new updates for vendor
- Performing Database Management and producing analytics for business use along with the management of mini-projects to improve the tool, database and other
- Taking care of the management of a support Email, answering queries and giving general support to end users
