Role & Responsibilities• New & Existing Programs
• Engage with Client and Delivery teams on new / existing IT programs with focus on
• Program management of delivery commitments and planned outcomes
• Interactions with the key client and internal stake holders
• Driving program outcomes
• Interface with Delivery team located onsite or offshore and provide insights into customer expectations and delivery commitments
• Own and Drive Governance of the Program across all the stake holders of the Program
• Manage Program in line with business objectives, financial goals and delivery schedules
• Solution Definition & Engagement
• Engage with the Account Management and Delivery teams on pursuits and focus on the Delivery approach and execution outline
• Setup Delivery teams in alignment with the planned target operating model
• Participate and work collaboratively on the Delivery solution, HCL propositions and execution model
• HCLs Engagement SPOC for new program Initiation and steady state execution
