Role & Responsibilities
Engage as an onsite delivery manager for large portfolio for an reputed Global Investment Bank. Responsible to deliver IT services to satisfaction of customers and planned outcomes.
Need to interact with senior stakeholders of the Customer and HCL.
Work with account management team and come up with technical solutions and proactive proposals for winning new business.
Manage client relationship for existing business.
Experience & Capabilities
Ability to connect with senior stakeholders and build relationships
Excellent communication skills and be ability to work independently
Good learner and a good team player
Experience in contract and vendor management, financial Management ( Engagement Cost management )
Conduct project team workshops to enable the proper initiation, planning and execution of projects, and Developing project monitoring templates, tools and standards
Coordination of specific project meetings, including agendas and minutes both internally and with external contractors for assigned projects
Experience & Capabilities
• Own and Drive Customer Cadence focused on Engagement Review and planning
• Presentation of project updates on timelines and budgets to senior management both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work with distributed teams and offshore development teams
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Be experienced with processes related to IT infrastructure in very large organizations (Change Management, IT Application Management, IT Operations, etc.)
• Good Functional and technical know-how related to IT applications in Financial Services
