SCRUM Master Couch/Trainer with profound finance knowledge wanted for our based client in the reinsurance sector.Your experience/skills:
Scrum master certification and track record of assuming scrum master role in implementation projects for at least 5 years
Competency in workshop and meeting moderation as well as conflict resolution and mediation
Expertise in coaching in agile methodology and ability to communicate and adapt principles and practices to the project situation
Solid knowledge in large transformation projects and awareness and experience in successful agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing
Outstanding interpersonal skills and competency to network and understand the workings of the project coupled with excellent knowledge of finance processes, accounting, preferably in the insurance industry
Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
Fostering process success for agile team setup and guiding, coaching the team on how to use agile and scrum practices and additionally leading the team to self-organization plus defining their working environment in order to maximize their productivity
Evaluating the team's scrum maturity and support them to further enhance their skills at their reasonable pace
Owning and facilitating process and meetings to deliver the product and being responsible for decision making and conflict resolution
Identifying and having oversight of issues, removing impediments and guiding team to remove impediments that they can solve
Collaborating with the product owner, acting as ambassador and translator between product owner, agile team and chapter leads
Facilitating external project communication and assisting with internal team
Improving transparency and supporting product owners and epic leads in assuming their role as well as grooming and maintaining the respective part of the product backlog
