• Create strategy and corresponding concepts for international Workplace transformation programs
• Manage Stakeholders & OE Relationships at senior level
• Provide guidance on strategic & tactical topics as well as specific operational challenges
• Steer transformation of Workplace services on international level
• Report transformation status to senior management
• Execute Ad Hoc Executive Management requests
2) Project Management (junior):
• Creation and tracking of global operational model based on transformation strategy
• Track project progress in alignment with infrastructure stream
• Support service delivery management along global standards and policies
• Management of transition activities
• Support standardization of service levels (SLAs)
