Recruiter and Program Manager, Tech Interns EMEA wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor Degree in related field and at least 3+ years' practical knowledge in a corporate, start-up or consulting company
- Being delivery-focused and genuinely enjoying interacting and interviewing a high volume of candidates on a daily basis (experience in High Volume Recruitment is a must have)
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and client service skills coupled with the ability to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
- Competent handling of highly detailed information in documents or electronic files as well as competency of driving recommendations and solving problems based on due diligence of information
- Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situation; influencing and negotiating diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Being an integral part of the interviewing and selection life cycle and supporting all stages of the intern recruiting life cycle
- Assisting hiring managers for technical groups across Europe, guiding candidates through the whole hiring and offer process across multiple locations and time zones
- Keeping both candidates and hiring managers continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
- Solving problems and producing solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities
- Managing events and participating on Intern Summit work
