Financial Business Analyst wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Business related advanced degree or professional certification with multi-national services and drug development experience
- 7+ years' IT work experience in pharmaceutical industry including project management, functional team management and management of full lifecycle implementations for major application coupled with operations experience
- Capability to perform Data Management and to utilize data collection, analysis, maintenance application and refinement methods to make fact base decisions
- Solid analytical skills with strength to analyse a wider variety of data and make appropriate decisions
- Know How of software license management and the ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage staff
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Handling the company's Microsoft EA including License advisory, activities to support the true-up and provide management oversight inputs from financial perspective for license management and optimization
- Assisting financial operations such as budget planning, cost tracking with actual monthly basis as well as conducting MYC, LBE and MRP processes
- Serving as a contact point for the alignment with other CTUX towers such as Architecture, Service Delivery or Service Management for financial related alignments
- Being responsible for accurate invoicing true to the contract and performing financial analysis and reporting in support of annual contract renewals
- Supporting operational activities related to Software Asset Management in relation to CTUX as well as analysing the license use and optimization opportunities
- Implementing financial management assistance by engaging in budgeting and forecasting of outsourced vendor management spending for each respective business area
