Beschreibung

Overall responsibility for the planning of complex turnkey EPC-projects in the Pharmaceutical industry, with volumes of more than 20 Mio. Euro

* Perform activities to accomplish project objectives
* Staff, train and manage the project team members assigned to the project scope
* Implement the planned methods and standards
* Create Control, verify and validate project deliverables
* Manage risks and implement risk response activities
* Adapt approved changes into project's scope, plan, budget and environment
* Establish and manage project communication channels, internal and external
* Collect project data and report cost, schedule, technical progress, quality progress and status information to facilitate forecasting
* Collect and document lessons learned, implement approved process improvement activities
* Providing overall engineering leadership to the project team through all project phases - engineering (basic and detailed), procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning/start-up
* Maintaining a strategic focus for the project with frequent interaction with the business area and the client to ensure a balance between the immediate project needs and the long term goals of the company;
* Optimizing resources (manpower, material, equipment) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project
* Monitoring key performance indicators including implementation of preventive and corrective actions

* Technical or commercial university degree or equivalent combination of both.
* Minimum 10 years industrial related project management experience, preferable in an EPC-environment
* Experience specifically in planning and EPCmV execution of laboratory facilities, as well as brown-field reconstruction projects is highly valued and considered
* Possessing a good understanding of GMP requirements and building services engineering Business fluent in English and German
* Possessing excellent knowledge of change-, claims- and risk-management
* Possessing a broad understanding of each engineering discipline
* PMP or equivalent certification
