Roles and responsibilities? Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving, reporting and creative issues.
? Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to publisher customers
? Serve as point of contact for internal projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and operational effectiveness

? Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate complex topics simply to a non-technical audience
? Analytical skills, technically minded and highly detail oriented.
? Good knowledge in HTML and JavaScript
