Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major client in the UK. We are currently recruiting Recruitment Administrator to be based in Manchester Square One for an initial period of 6 months Rolling.
Role: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Manchester Square One
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £100 - £130 PER day (Insider IR35)
Administration of the full recruitment life cycle (volume administration)
Responsibilities include:
- Advertising vacancies
- Liaising with hiring managers regarding vacancies going live and updating them on the process
- Shortlisting candidates
- Arranging interviews
- Sending out offer packs
- Shortlisting candidates
- Sending out offer packs
- Completing BPSS checks - medicals, reference checks, DBS checks
- Dealing with candidates throughout the whole process
- Varied workload
- Training provided
- Shifts: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
- 2 teams of 10 heads encompassing Resourcers and Administrators
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven experience working within high volume administrative & customer focussed environment
- HR or recruitment administration background (needs to be recent)
- Desirable of working within a shared service centre
- Strong administrative skills with attention to accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work towards challenging SLA's
