Business Analyst - ServiceNow / Access Management - wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Business Analyst with IT service management experience
- Practical knowledge and experience in ServiceNow
- Data mining
- Good knowledge of Incident Management
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Gathering requirements and translating user or system requirements into functional technical specifications
- Data mining as well as analysing and developing processes
- Maintaining knowledge and awareness emerging ServiceNow platform features and functionality
- Identifying and troubleshoot complex problems, performing root cause analysis, providing forward thinking and long term technical solutions
