Task:
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the financial, business case and demand management processes
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the service governance and management especially in regards to cloud services
- Drive project activities
- Co-ordinate tracking and processing business case/demand requests adhering to the defined standards
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the Resource Budget Process, both during its creation and monthly control
- Control Business Case input data and subsequent verification and validation
- Support maintaining the Business Management set of tools (such as Sharepoint list, Excel files)
- Drive developing and reporting on Budget, Sizing and time spent
Responsibility:
Planning and Coordination Service is responsible for defining and managing the portfolio of infrastructure services. As part of its responsibilities it is interfacing with internal/external customers and service providers.

Relevant Job Experience:
- University degree in Economics, Finance or IT and/or equivalent professional experience
- Advisor on capex/opex/manpower
