Beschreibung

Administrative Expert with excellent organisational skills wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Commercial Training, High School Degree or other vocational qualification, such as Business School Degree or equivalent
  • Profound experience as an Administrative Expert, Team- or Office Coordinator with relevant additional career training in an international and cross Cultural environment
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with knowledge of organisation structures and working practices
  • Ability to perform required tasks, such as scheduling complex diaries and meetings, working successfully with a diverse range of countries and teams of nationalities and backgrounds
  • Proven ability to multitask and deliver effectively a broad range of similar tasks as well as maintaining confidentiality with high levels of discretion
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German or Italian are a plus


Your tasks:
  • Taking care of general administrative tasks, such as team meetings, calendars, travel and expenses along with maintaining administrative processes
  • Informing, advising and supporting the team on processes, guidelines and services specific to the department
  • Supporting the optimisation of current processes and introduction of new or modified processes
  • Supervising colleagues in the administrative area like apprentices or new employees
  • Providing support for Project Management activities in preparing meetings, PowerPoint presentation material or updating and tracking activities
  • Ensuring data consolidation and follow-up relating to Budget and costs/expenses as well as supporting Integration process in the Department
