Project Lead HR Process wanted for our Zurich based client in the manufacturing industry.Your experience/skills:
- 8+ years' work experience as Project Manager with ideally previous experience in HR
- Expertise in project implementation and change management within a global organization
- Solid understanding of HR processes beside the ability to manage time and stick to deadlines
- Analytical and problem solving work approach as well as the flexibility for globally / regional business travel
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Leading the project during the plan and implement phase for a specific location and HR function
- Ensuring that all areas of change, communication, process and organization are covered and align with the program
- Planning the project according to the overall program milestones and ensuring that deadlines are kept
- Ensuring that changes regarding scope, budget, time are timely addressed to and approved by the Program Manager
- Maintaining risk-action-log and managing risks, issues and escalates
- Providing status reporting to program management
