Beschreibung

Jr. Invoice Processing Associate wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Commercial diploma, degree or school diploma in finance, accounting or equivalent
  • 1+ year working experience in account payable department, preferably shared services
  • Proficiency in JDE and SAP
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to organise and manage high workload
  • Thoroughness and good understanding of IT applications and processes
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, other European languages, such as German, French, Italian, Spanish/Portuguese are a plus


Your tasks:
  • Being responsible for Request-to-Pay invoice processing activities
  • Handling of 3 party invoices, ensuring highest level of quality and accuracy
  • Checking compliance invoices before processing and ensuring a correct approval workflow
  • Managing document archiving and working in close collaboration with other R2P streams
  • Checking coding, reviewer and PO information
  • Supporting Balance sheet reconciliation and accrual at month-end for smaller markets
