Business Analyst with profound GxP/CSV knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering, ideally with a background in the pharmaceutical field
- Certificates like CCBA-CBAP, IREB CPRE Advanced/Expert Level and Agile Analysis are advantageous
- Good understanding of Business processes, preferably in the Learning and Training process domain with the ability to analyse functional and non-functional requirements and create user stories and use cases on time at high quality
- Capability to work with wide range of Applications and Application Integration such as Cornerstone LMS, Middleware technologies, especially TIBCO and API/Web services like SOAP and REST
- Good Documentation and Specification Skills along with the ability to define acceptance test criteria and to design the test plan and test scripts
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Collaborating with business, IT and Governance stakeholders to understand and analyse training/learning management processes as well as CRM processes
- Soliciting, gathering and defining functional and non-functional business requirements and translating them into learning management system and system integration requirements as well as defining user acceptance criteria
- Coordinating solution definition and design phase including supporting the definition of process chains and business process re-engineering to point out implementation possibilities
- Developing, evaluating and communicating solution alternatives for process and system with regards to end user satisfaction, security, quality, functionality and economic efficiency
- Establishing the integrity of the global learning business process and systems as well as ensuring that changes and localisations are aligned globally
- Creating and delivering documentation for project and system including Requirements Specification and Functional Specification
