Beschreibung

PMO Digital Governance Framework wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Prior experience in project planning and tracking, such as identifying dependencies and managing critical path
  • Profound knowledge of Document Management, especially in SharePoint
  • Good communicational skills with the ability to convince senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with compliance or governance is a plus
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German a plus


Your tasks:
  • Ensuring that all project contributors remain aligned and the project remains on track while no deliverable gets lost
  • Managing centrally project documentation and deadlines as well as tracking deliverables of ~30 project contributors
  • Producing and maintaining documents for training
  • Reviewing policies and standards
  • Preparing documentation for communication and stakeholders management
