PMO Digital Governance Framework wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Prior experience in project planning and tracking, such as identifying dependencies and managing critical path
- Profound knowledge of Document Management, especially in SharePoint
- Good communicational skills with the ability to convince senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with compliance or governance is a plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German a plus
Your tasks:
- Ensuring that all project contributors remain aligned and the project remains on track while no deliverable gets lost
- Managing centrally project documentation and deadlines as well as tracking deliverables of ~30 project contributors
- Producing and maintaining documents for training
- Reviewing policies and standards
- Preparing documentation for communication and stakeholders management
