Business Operations Analyst 50% - 60% wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical industry.Your experience/skills:
- Education in Business Administration, Commerce or Business Information Systems
- Solid knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure combined with interest in numbers and metrics
- Competent handling of Excel as well as familiarity with Amazon Web Services
- Experience with Jira / Confluence and Programming skills are advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Ensuring budget administration, invoice and tracking
- Supporting in sourcing requests
- Performing resource utilization monitoring as well as cost optimization
- Fulfilling ticket management and back charging support
- Documenting processes and reporting on operational metrics
