Administrative Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Commercial training or other specific qualification with administrative skills
- Several years of practical experience as an Administrative Specialist
- Familiarity with business software applications, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, eShop, SharePoint and SAP
- Familiarity with teleconferencing, videoconferencing and meeting room infrastructure in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Organising internal and external meetings, scientific seminars with all logistics, candidate interviews, visitors programs, request visitor badges as well as supporting in preparing presentations
- Assisting the leadership team and the general departmental administrative
- Providing budget control and maintaining the overview of external collaborations
- Managing purchase orders and monitoring good receipts and invoices
- Performing SharePoint administration as well as time management and building access
