Beschreibung

Administrative Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Commercial training or other specific qualification with administrative skills
  • Several years of practical experience as an Administrative Specialist
  • Familiarity with business software applications, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, eShop, SharePoint and SAP
  • Familiarity with teleconferencing, videoconferencing and meeting room infrastructure in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus


Your tasks:
  • Organising internal and external meetings, scientific seminars with all logistics, candidate interviews, visitors programs, request visitor badges as well as supporting in preparing presentations
  • Assisting the leadership team and the general departmental administrative
  • Providing budget control and maintaining the overview of external collaborations
  • Managing purchase orders and monitoring good receipts and invoices
  • Performing SharePoint administration as well as time management and building access
