Property Services Manager urgently required for our client on an initial 6 month contract + extensions.You will be responsible for investigating the options for property along the M4 corridor spanning North London to Reading area against an outline requirements specification. Investigate the options for property along the Yorkshire/ Lancashire border and within specified areas against an outline requirements specification. You will be identifying potential property options in the stated areas and prepare an information pack for each option that will include; details of the facility including size, current position regarding planning permission, market costs and other information as agreed.
The ideal candidate will have a recent background as a Property Services Manager. Significant experience in property management/ search of large scale distribution centres. You will be highly organised with strong analytical skills. A strong knowledge or property acquisiton, build and rental is also essential. You will also have excellent communication and report writing skills.
