Laboratory Execution System - Service Delivery Manager

Seeking LES Service Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience for a large QC Paperless Program which:
• Is to be delivered for one of the world’s largest global research-based and science led healthcare company
• Provides World class working environment to achieve high value and high performance
• Has well-structured working process in place
• Provides the opportunity to work on the latest LabWare LIMS modules
• Provides training related to Data Configuration specifics and Method Execution module

Summary of the key responsibilities, Skills:
• Will be the key point of contact between the Customer and LES Data Configuration team
• Techno functional knowledge on Method Execution module in LW LIMS with ELN
• Coordinate with teams (Business/ IT/ leadership teams) as per project needs and eliminate any roadblocks
• Drive Project status meetings and effectively manage the project risks
• Highly productive and able to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet timelines


Technical Skills:
? Mandatory:
? LabWare LIMS version 6 or 7 , LabWare ELN
? Desirable: Driving project schedules, Quality
? Good to have:
? Experience in LIMS/LES Implementation
? LW LIMS , ELN certification
? Knowledge on Lab Processes, QC Test Methods

Soft Skills:
? Good communication skills
? Good in documentation
? Customer facing skills, keep up the team cohesiveness

? Mandatory: English ( Written and verbal ), French (Verbal )
