Task:
- Technical and operational coordination of online activities for high-availability applications
- Administration and configuration of the SaaS platform / cms systems (digital engagement platform) incl. user management, campaign management, etc.
- Conciliator between service providers and product owner on business end as well as project stakeholder of migration- and enhancement activities
- Analysis and coordination of business requirements for definition of user stories and technical solution approach inkl. effort estimation and validation for topics such as: LiveChat, Messaging, Social, Chatbots, NLP, ML
- Project management for migration and enhancement activities in time/ quality/ budget delivery of project and enhancement services
- Ensure operational responsibility to keep the agreed service level
Soft-Skills:
- Familiar with agile methods and service oriented support of web application/cms operations
- Experience in design, development and operation of web applications/cms systems
- First experience in project management roles with positive attitude of continuous improvement
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Skills in continuous integration and Testing
- Skills in digital marketing and digital communication channels
- High sense in quality and costs
- Language skills: German (native), English (fluent)
- Strong Hands on mentality
