Aufgaben:
• In a carve-out IT project the lead of a SAP based workstream (ERP, IS-U, BI and HR) in the role as sub-project lead. Other sub-project leads inside the this work stream will be steered and controlled by you.
• A SAP IS-U and a SAP HR consultant is assigned for your team and available.
• Ensuring that project goals are achieved in relation to IT-specific activities.
• This includes in particular the planning and control of the project progress and the control of the budget, as well as steering your project organization.
• Coordination of a project team in cooperation with the program- and sub-project managers on an operational level and monitoring of the implementation results.
• Operational project planning in cooperation with the application management, business stakeholders and other sub-project and group leaders.
• Structuring and packaging of project tasks for the carve-out.
• Setting goals and assigning work packages to individual team members.
• Recurring coordination of planning with stakeholders.
• Monitoring and controlling of project progress in cooperation with stakeholders, application management and subproject and group leaders.
• Ensuring reporting on project progress, resource consumption, resource forecast, etc. on the basis of milestones."
Skills:
• SAP ERP overview of the modules, especially FI-AA, FI and CO.
• Initial experience in projects with audits (auditing companies).
• First experience with carve out of SAP ERP systems.
• Overview on SAP ERP basic skills for systems (ECC 6.x and ECC 4.x).
• Understanding of functionalities of technical interfaces to SAP ERP systems (upstream and downstream IT systems aligned to ERP e.g. SAP HR, in particular BI, HR and IS-U systems) and their interdependencies.
• Proven experience in projects involving the cooperation between application management and support units.
• At least 3 years of proven expertise as IT project manager or IT sub-project manager in the SAP environment (ERP, IS-U, PI/PO or HR environment).
• Successful leadership expertise for leading small project team groups.
• Experienced in leading and controlling subprojects in the overall context of an IT program.
• Knowledge of the differences between the agile and classical project approach, experienced in both methodologies."
Soft-Skills:
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• High team ability and strong communication skills as well as quick comprehension.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English, Swedish is not mandatory, but would be a great plus.
• Readiness for several-day business trips with guaranteed weekend returnes.
• Good communication skills mostly with finance and accounting departments, but also purchasing departments and understanding the main processes in gas delivery business."
