For one of our customers we are currently looking for a freelancer who matches the following requirements.Project:
The Customer ist a Joint Venture (JV). The branches of the JV are in Germany, Spain, UK, USA, Denmark and France. Due to the JV the whole IT is going to be (re-)build as a standalone (=IT Carve-Out). The integration of the different parts of the JV shall start from April/May 2017.
Your Tasks:
The project will start with a detailed survey of the current assets, wich shall be transfered to the JV during the project.
- Infrastructur and Sourcing contracts
- Organisations (employees) / Governance and regulations
- Applications (especially SAP and non-ERP applications)
From this starting point (transparency in the three areas mentioned above) a target status for the migration and a migrationplan is to be developed. The planned team of five teammembers will propably play an important role in the subsequent migration (subprojekt leader IT Infrastructur, subprojekt leader ERP, subprojekt leader Non-ERP, subprojekt leader contracts and licences etc.)
Your Profil:
Experience in leading big IT-Projects with strategic significance, one or more areas of expertise from the following list and a lot of Project/Programm Management experience:
Applications (CRM= Salesforce, SCM= SAP) or ERP (SAP) introduction
Enterprise Architecture or Overall-solution Architecture
CIO Interimsmanagement
Set-Up of IT Organisations and IT Processes like ITIL
Infrastructur building (Nets, Telekommunikation, Data Center, Workstation Environment etc.)
IT Sourcing (Infrastructur, Application Operations and Management, Service Management)
Native Speaker in Spanish and very good English is a must-have
