Your Skills
- 3+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development or hr business partnering role with focus on talent – and performance topics
- HR Experience
Your Tasks
- Roll-out of new groupwide Talent- and Performance Management concept for Product, Tech and Marketing globally including training management
- Management of learning needs for Product,Tech and Marketing (ie organization of standard trainings for certain target groups)
- Implementation of new LMS
- Management of Leadership Developmetn Programs for Product, Tech and Marketing (participant management)
