I am currently searching for an experienced Baan C4 Developer and Business Process Consultant to join a global project team. This is a fully remote opportunity with a long-term initial contract and the potential for extension.

Baan C4 Developer & Business Process Consultant – Initial 6 to 12 Months (Fully Remote)
• Location: Fully Remote
• Start Date: July / August
• Hourly / Daily Rate: Based on experience – no fixed budget due to urgency of role.
• Contract Length: Initial 6 to 12-month contract (extensions possible)
• Language Requirements: English-speaking role

Key Requirements:
• Extensive Baan C4 Development Experience
• Deep knowledge of Baan domains, tables, scripts, forms, reports
• Strong understanding of Baan Manufacturing:
o Product Configuration (tipcf)
o Shop Floor Control & Planning (tisfc)
o Project Handling (tipcs)
• Solid understanding of Baan Distribution:
o Sales
o Purchasing
o Location & Lot Control
o Replenishment
• Independent, proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into actionable solutions
• Strong communication skills – able to engage with business stakeholders confidently

Preferred Experience:
• Master Data Management in Baan
• Linux environment familiarity
• Barcode scanning and printing within manufacturing/warehouse setups
• Experience supporting business users directly
• Strong business process knowledge across manufacturing, warehouse management, sales, and distribution
