Your tasks - this is what it's all about:
Support in scheduling for the mechanical and pipe installation package in the project. Independent creation, maintenance and monitoring of project and schedule plans with MS Projects - from the planning phase to execution to commissioning
Progress and resource planning (plan/target/actual) to ensure project goals
Preparation of internal and external progress reports
Coordination and coordination with internal departments and external service providers
Content and organizational preparation, implementation and follow-up of project meetings

Fortschritts- und Ressourcenplanung (Plan/Soll/Ist) zur Sicherstellung der Projektziele
Erstellung von internen und externen Fortschrittsberichten
Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
Inhaltliche und organisatorische Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Projektbesprechungen
Ihr Profil - das bringen Sie mit:
Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Terminplanung für komplexe Industrieprojekte
Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Projects.
Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis der Planungs- und Ausführungsphasen bei EPC-Großprojekten.
