For our customer in North-Rhine Westphalia we are presently looking for a technical Service Now Architect (m/f/d) - 100 % remote.
Your tasks:
- Assess and fully understand the scope of a complex process involving many stakeholders and translate into a practical ServiceNow solution
- Attend and contribute to functional design workshops, crafting design specifications that hinge on out-of-the-box functionality and client requirements
- Work closely with internal project team and stakeholders to translate business needs into precise technical requirements, distinguishing essential needs from client wants
- Address technical and application configuration queries, effectively communicating issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide advice on alternative options, risks and the associated impact to the business and technical architecture
- Write Proof of Concept (POC) technical design documentation: create a blueprint that outlines the system architecture, data flows, integrations and automations
Your qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow Development and administration
- Proven experience as a key technical member of a team, leading the development of solutions in client environments that have implemented a range of ServiceNow modules
- Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with internal and external applications and systems
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written and time management skills
