I am currently looking for experienced System engineer with know how in the automotive industry.
Gear Actuation System Engineer
Challenge:
Workload issue
Mr Client already has a resource working in this area so hard experience working specifically in Gear Actuation isn't necessarily needed. Mr Client suggested this role is open to both junior and senior. Mr Client plans to use one resource working on 'serial life' topics and continuous improvement and the other resource working on new developments/projects.
Tech Stack:
Mr Client recognises that finding ready made experience in gear actuation ('a combination of transmission functionality of shifting gears') on the market is 'niche' and therefore he is not expecting direct experience. Mr client will accept someone who can learn the product as long as they have relevant background knowledge.
Someone who has worked for a transmission manufacturer in the past will be particularly interesting however.
Hydraulics System Engineer
Tech Stack:
Experience in Hydraulics:
Understating of simulations, fluid simulations, thermal simulations.
2/3 years of experience in this area.
Experience in Six Sigma methodologies would be beneficial - not essential.
Diagnostics System Engineer
Tech Stack:
Experience in communication protocols and diagnostic protocols such as OBD (on-board diagnostics) and UDS.
Experience in over viewing diagnostic tools and the ability to hold discussions on diagnostic strategies with customers. (This role is more customer facing than the others as is the nature of diagnostics.)
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities Across All:
System overview & system level analysis.
Composition of technical requirements.
Managing critical to function list.
Updating & having knowledge on FMEA, risk assessments, failure modes and potential effects.
Mitigation plans - how to define critical functionalities.
Troubleshooting / problem solving.
Communicating with internal & external stakeholders.
Location:
St-Truiden, Belgium & Eindhoven, Netherlands
Preferably St-Truiden, Belgium.
Onsite/Remote:
3 days a week
