Beschreibung

For our client we are looking for a specialist (m/f/d) for Engineering Documentation.
Start: 01.01.2026
Duration: 6 months
Project volume: Full-time - 100 %
Location: Remote and On-Site in Great Area of Braunschweig
Language: English and German
Tasks:
  1. Ensure and monitor compliance with the customer’s contractual requirements
  2. Validate the supplier’s documentation for completeness and accuracy
  3. Coordinate supplier deliveries in accordance with German norms and regulations
  4. Validate all documentation against the company standard
  5. Manage the translation process of PU- and supplier documentation in cooperation with an officially certified translation company
  6. Oversee the validation of translated documentation by engineering and the documentation department.
  7. Store documentation in the EDM tool with control sheets and metadata
  8. Develop and report internal and external KPIs
  9. Collaborate closely with former projects to achieve cost reductions
  10. Promote the use of generic documentation across all suppliers
Requirements:
  1. Long-term experience in the validation of engineering documentation
  2. Very good knowledge with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as SharePoint
  3. Good knowledge with Shared Mailbox and ACOMIS
  4. Fluent English and German language skills
