SMAX Developer (Nearshore) | AWS | OO | ITSM |

We're seeking a skilled Developer to join an enterprise client on a long-term, fully remote freelance assignment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SMAX, AWS services, and Operations Orchestration (OO) within an ITSM environment.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage upgrades for SMAX, OO, and AWS infrastructure (Kubernetes, RDS, EKS, PostgreSQL, Helm, etc.)
• Develop and configure automated workflows in SMAX (Priority 1)
• Customize and support OO solutions (Priority 3)
• Resolve INC & PRO tickets; support 3rd level escalations
• Plan updates with rollback/risk assessments and create change requests
• Document solutions in Confluence
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) processes and occasional on-call support

? Required Skills:
• Proven experience with SMAX (workflows, rulesets, CMDBs)
• AWS Developer Associate certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Development experience in Operations Orchestration (OO)
• Good knowledge of openText ITSM and ITIL (Foundation V4 preferred)
• Scripting skills (JavaScript is a plus)
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (mandatory)
