Senior UI/UX Designer(m,w,d) (Remote, Germany)
Full-time | Remote within Germany | Fluent English required
Salary: up to €130,000 (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who excels at transforming complexity into clarity.
Our client build advanced B2B SaaS and Data Intelligence products—often involving massive datasets, complex workflows, and detail-intensive dashboards.
Experience in environments similar to Palantir, AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platforms), or large-scale data systems is a major plus.
If you thrive in highly technical, data-heavy product environments, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  1. Lead the full design lifecycle: research ? UX flows ? high-fidelity UI ? prototyping ? usability testing
  2. Build and maintain a scalable, modern design system
  3. Turn large datasets and complex business logic into clean, intuitive interfaces
  4. Collaborate closely with engineering and product to deliver pixel-perfect results
  5. Drive UX strategy and contribute to product decision-making
  6. Deliver interfaces that balance data density, clarity, and visual precision

What You Bring
  1. 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS products (BI, FinTech, SCM, Data Platforms, Analytics, etc.)
  2. Proven experience working with very large datasets, dashboards, or high-density data environments
  3. Background from Palantir-like platforms, Artificial Intelligence Platforms, or enterprise data products is highly valued
  4. A strong portfolio demonstrating precision, complexity handling, and advanced UI craft
  5. Mastery of Figma (Adobe XD or Sketch optional)
  6. Familiarity with collaboration tools (Miro, Jira)
  7. Fluent English is required
  8. A structured, analytical mindset and passion for scalable design systems
