We are currently seeking for a freelancer for one of our major clients who meets the following requirements:
Your tasks:

Detailed analysis and consulting of complex technical requirements from the environment of IT operations with several IT areas involved, taking into account security and compliance requirements

Identification of architectural challenges and development of solution proposals and optimizations
-
Implementation of existing technical architecture and process reviews
-
Analysis of customer-specific operational processes, infrastructure and platform technologies, IT services and security and compliance requirements as a basis for assessing conformity with existing architecture requirements and for designing technical architecture solutions
-
Identification and formulation of security and compliance requirements in coordination with affected IT areas (especially IT Operations)
-
Documentation of requirements and technical architecture solutions
-
Conducting workshops (incl. preparation and follow-up) for the analysis of
-
Preparation of effort and cost estimates for conception and implementation, as well as scheduling with the client
-
Regular coordination of the implementation progress with the client
-
Continuous development of the IT platforms and infrastructures of the company
Your profile:
-
>5 years experiences in the IT architecture/operations area
-
Industry knowledge: Banking, Insurance, Financial Services
-
Creation of Concepts/design of technical architecture solutions in the area of IT Operations
-
Definition and continuous development of overarching architecture principles and specifications
-

Analysis and evaluation of technical architecture problems

Ensuring conformity with existing architecture and compliance requirements

Documentation
-
Certifications e.g. TOGAF, MCSE, MS Azure, AWS, SCRUM, ITIL etc.

Several years of experience in the application of the following technologies/methods: Cloud (Azure Public, Azure Stack Hub/HCI, AWS, Pivotal Kubernetes (PKS), Central Stacks: (SAP, Azure Stack, Databases (Oracle ExaCC, Oracle, MSSQL), IaaS (VMWare vSphere)

Experience in the following areas: Virtualization, Firewall (PaloAlto(CheckPoint), Network Security, Storage, LAN/WAN, Loadbalancing (F5), Compute, IT Standard etc.

Experience in project management as well as with agile Scrum
-
Fluent in English, basic in German (desirable)
