Senior SAP Test Manager -Germany/Poland/Spain

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for large-scale SAP ERP programs, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformations. The role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and ownership of test strategy, execution, and quality delivery across complex, multi-geography programs. Define and own comprehensive SAP test strategies for ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs

Manage all phases of testing:

Drive test automation adoption using a Shift-Left approach, aligned with client expectations

Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to:

Lead and coordinate global testing teams across multiple geographies

Manage vendor and partner coordination within the testing stream

Provide thought leadership on SAP testing best practices, frameworks, and tools

Establish, operate, and scale Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) services

Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation projects

Strong client-facing experience, managing senior stakeholders

Solid functional knowledge of SAP modules (Finance, MM, SD, etc.)

Experience testing SAP-related SaaS services

Proven expertise in:

Experience with testing tools and platforms such as:

Familiarity with Agile / SAFe methodologies

Demonstrated experience in setting up and leveraging TCoE services

Strategic test leader with hands-on understanding of SAP landscapes

Strong communicator with the ability to engage business, IT, and leadership teams

Comfortable leading large, distributed teams and complex delivery environments
