We’re looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of service-driven business processes in a major S/4HANA transformation project. This is a great opportunity to work remotely with occasional visits to Bonn, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver future-proof SAP solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Consult, design, and implement customer service processes in SAP S/4HANA
Configure and optimize service orders, contracts, RRB billing, and warranty handling
Ensure smooth integration with SD, MM, CS, and FI/CO modules
Utilize technologies like Fiori, Embedded Analytics, FSM, and SAP CX
Support the entire project lifecycle – from discovery to hypercare
Work closely with stakeholders to design scalable, modern service processes
Your Profile
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service and related functionalities
Strong customizing experience and integration knowledge
Familiarity with Fiori, Embedded Analytics, and optional tools (FSM, CX)
Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills
Strong communicator and team player with high customer orientation
Fluent in both German and English (mandatory)
Work Setup
Remote-first role with occasional on-site appointments in Bonn (pre-arranged)
