For one of our clients we are looking for a Senior PMO – Procurement & Facility Management Transformation
Start: asap
Duration: 2/3 month fulltime
Mode: hybrid, 3 days a week onsite Frankfurt
Our client is accelerating the expansion of its Integrated Workplace Experience (iWX) model across the
Frankfurt campus.
The program aims to consolidate multiple Facility Management service streams under a unified
operating model and assess its operational and financial efficiency versus an alternative direct
contracting approach with specialized service providers.
The mission supports a strategic comparison between two models:
- Integrated iWX model (including incumbent partner approach)
- Direct sourcing model with specialized providers
This is a high-visibility, time-sensitive assignment involving multiple stakeholders across
Manufacturing, R&D and Workplace functions.
Objectives of the Assignment
The consultant will support the client in structuring and driving the comparative assessment between
the two operating models and ensuring effective coordination across business units.
Key objectives include:
- Drive project coordination across stakeholders
- Support the comparison of operating model scenarios
- Structure and support sourcing-related analysis
- Enable alignment and decision-making
- Secure project progress within an accelerated timeline
Scope of Work
The consultant will be expected to:
PMO / Coordination
- Organize and facilitate governance meetings and workshops
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Track actions, milestones, risks and dependencies
- Prepare meeting minutes and support decision forums
Procurement / Analytical Support
- Structure the comparison framework between both models
- Support cost, service and risk assessment
- Coordinate interactions with suppliers and support offer analysis
- Contribute to sourcing process steering and option evaluation
Stakeholder Management
- Align multiple business units with divergent priorities
- Challenge assumptions where needed
- Drive consensus and maintain momentum?
Mandatory:
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong PMO experience in complex environments
- Solid procurement / sourcing background
- Fluent in German & English
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
Strong assets:
- Indirect procurement experience
- Facility Management / IFM exposure (not mandatory)
- Operating model assessment or benchmarking experience
- Industrial / multi-site environment exposure
