We are seeking an exceptional Senior / Hardware Engineer to support our Hardware engineering function and shape the future of our cutting-edge products/systems. This is a pivotal role, perfect for someone who thrives on driving technical excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities;
Design, develop, and evaluate advanced electronic modules for high-speed data transfer applications
Define product concepts and translate them into clear technical specifications
Select and qualify components; assist with the creation and maintenance of CAD library elements
Develop schematics and layout designs, including all documentation for manufacturing and assembly
Coordinate with PCB fabricators and assembly partners to ensure smooth production processes
Support initial hardware bring-up and collaborate on the integration of FPGA and software components
Conduct testing and validation, documenting all results clearly and thoroughly
Lead and manage development projects from planning through execution

Your Background;
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or a related field
Solid understanding of both analog and digital circuit design, including simulation techniques
Familiarity with Mentor Graphics tools such as DxDesigner, Expedition, and HyperLynx is a plus
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Effective communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach
Proficient in English and German (both spoken and written)
