We are looking for a senior specialist for complex DOPiX administration, system optimization, and strategic support for migrations or transitions for our client in Cologne.

Role: Senior DOPiX Consultant/Administrator
Employment Type: B2B Contract
Start: April 2026
Duration: December 2026 + extensions
Location: Cologne, Germany (Hybrid)
Travel Expectations: Regular travel to Cologne on request of the client
Languages: German and English
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead administration of the DOPiX platform and guide complex template architecture.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for the system, including integrations and change control.
• Provide architectural guidance for migration projects or process improvements.
• Resolve escalated issues, apply best practices, and optimize document workflows.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive enhancements.
Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years experience with DOPiX or similar CCM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and advise on document strategies.
• Experience with migrations, template redesigns, or multi-system integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
