Senior ABAP Developer – Software Development Advisor II (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Senior ABAP Developer with strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining SAP solutions, supporting system migrations, and ensuring smooth integration and performance across critical business modules.

You will work in a hybrid setting with close collaboration between local and international teams, contributing to a global fintech transformation initiative.

Develop and maintain applications in ABAP and ABAP-OO.

Utilize Modulpool, Batch-Input, and RESTful API frameworks.

Support S/4HANA migration activities and implement related enhancements.

Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and deliver production support.

Collaborate with global development and functional teams for integrated solutions.

6–10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and customization.

Strong understanding of S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 EHP8 systems.

Proven expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and problem resolution.

Hands-on experience with OData, REST APIs, and integration frameworks.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
