Senior ABAP Developer – Software Architecture (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior ABAP Developer with strong software architecture experience to contribute to SAP S/4HANA migration and development for applications within a Fiserv-owned environment. This role combines hands-on development with architectural design, focusing on quality, performance, and integration within a hybrid SAP landscape (ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA).

Design and implement scalable solutions in ABAP and ABAP-OO.

Develop and enhance applications using Modulpool, Batch-Input, and RESTful APIs.

Support S/4HANA migration activities and system enhancements.

Perform developer testing, troubleshoot issues, and manage defect resolution.

Provide production support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Contribute to technical design discussions and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

6–10 years of experience in ABAP development and software architecture.

Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 EHP8.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and integration points across SAP modules.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
