Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master (m/f/d) for two product teams who are working on multiple products related to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in a global production environment including Munich, Singapore, Wuxi and Deutschlandsberg.
We provide a collaborative work environment and seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented professionals from a diverse candidate pool across
the globe. The team is integrated into cross-functional Agile Product Teams incl. QA, Dev, PO and Architects. The team has successfully done with five PI (Program Increment) Planning by implementing SAFe agile principles and working towards agile mindset.
The software product of the Product Team is an integrational part of our MES. One team has three Product owners thus need to coach them to be more agile in mindset and processes.

carry team(s) (intended 2; maximum 3) through the SCRUM framework / process
an average size of a teams is
1 Tech Lead, 2-3 Backend- & Frontend-Developer, 1 Tester, up to 3 Pos
one Functional Architect supports team by demand
organizing/facilitating and preparing the SCRUM events
extensive support for POs in his role from Munich, Singapore, Wuxi
support colleagues in the SCRUM framework / process
adjust the process / framework to the needs of the company and people whereit is needed
being an advocate of SCRUM process by facilitating the team of adapting the process
improve agile release train performance
facilitating PI Planning by preparing the team and backlogs
building high performance product teams
coordination/collaboration with other product teams
Unsere Anforderungen
experienced (4+ years) in executing the Scrum Master role in a diversified and global team
experience in the industry environment and the area of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) are a plus
SCRUM Certification from www.scrum.org (minimum PSM II) or www.scrumalliance.org (minimum Advanced)
strong skills in Azure DevOps (SCRUM and AGILE Templates)
excellent communication skills in German and English
passion to the Agile World and the SCRUM process
the will and strength to convince people
discipline, proactiveness and assertiveness to address and drive continuous improvements and collaboration
