Your Skills
- Extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (primary skill)
- Deep knowledge of SAP Business Integration Builder
- Strong proficiency in SAP HCM Organizational Management, with a focus on integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors technical integrations, with solid technical skills

Your Tasks
- Providing consultancy services for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Managing and implementing integration processes between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM
- Tasked with modifying and optimizing the current integration between SAP SuccessFactors
- Employee Central and SAP HCM to ensure seamless support for Global Assignment and Concurrent Employment functionalities
- Configuration and customization of Employee Central objects
- System setup and optimization within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
