Position Overview: As the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, expertise, and guidance in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SD modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other functional leads, to ensure successful delivery of SAP SD solutions aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects related to SAP SD module. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions. Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing SAP SD functionalities, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, and transportation. Conduct system analysis, identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices to optimize the SAP SD module. Define and enforce SAP SD standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to industry best practices. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical training and support as needed. Collaborate with other functional leads to ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and other modules such as FI/CO, MM, and WM. Conduct regular system testing, identify and resolve issues, and perform system performance tuning. Stay updated with the latest SAP SD trends, advancements, and innovations, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
