I’m currently looking for an experienced SAP SD Expert for an international client in the Automotive Industry. The role focuses on AfterSales SD (complaints and returns).
Role: SAP SD Senior Consultant
Workload: Parttime - Fulltime (both possible)
Duration: Timely - 31.12.2025 (+ possible extension)
Location: Remote, occasionally on site in the Karlsruhe area
Language: English, German nice-to-have
Job Description:
- Process analysis and process definition with SAP S/4HANA standards for business and IT / creation of end-to-end solution designs for the reverse logistics process (complaints and returns)
- Documentation and creation of functional specifications
- Customizing and testing of functions processes
- System setup according to solution design
- Conducting workshops / training courses / know-how transfer
Skills & Knowledge:
- Several years of experience in SAP S/HANA Aftersales SD (complaints and returns) and E2E processes
- Good knowledge of Advanced Returns Management (ARM) and end-to-end management of supplier and customer returns
- Good knowledge of the automotive sector, preferably in the area of line supply/logistics/aftersales
- Initial experience with the SAP Complaint Handling cloud solution is an advantage
